My mom said the arrangement was beautiful, and I would have given it 5 stars, but the delivery was WAY late, and she didn't receive the flowers on her actual birthday, since she had already gone to bed when they arrived. But, she did get them the next day, and loved them. I was offered a full refund, but since the arrangement was so beautiful, and apologies were made, I decided to just keep the purchase.
